Report a Safety Issue

If you have experienced or observed a safety issue with a Chargedot product, please report it immediately. All reports are reviewed by our product safety team.

  • Product model and serial number
  • Date and time of the incident
  • Description of what happened
  • Photos, if available

How to Identify Your Product

To report an issue or check recalls, you will need your product’s serial number and model.

Serial Number Location

The serial number is printed on the rating plate, typically located on the side or back of the charging unit. It begins with “CD” followed by numbers.

Model Number

The model number (for example CD-HOME-7-EU) is displayed on the same rating plate, usually near the Chargedot logo.

Safety Notices & Recalls

Active safety notices and recalls for Chargedot products in the European market.

No Current Recalls

There are currently no active safety recalls for Chargedot products in Europe. This page will be updated if any notices are issued.

When a recall is issued, it will include: Notice ID, date, affected products, description of the issue, recommended action and contact information.
